Azzy Francis
Project Manager
Azzy brings a cross-sector background spanning nonprofit, education, and enterprise technology, with a throughline of using data, research, and strategy to drive equitable impact. Most recently, she served as GTM Strategy Manager at Adobe, where she owned a full-funnel go-to-market strategy for Lightroom, partnering cross-functionally to turn customer insights and analytics into growth and engagement strategy. Before Adobe, Azzy spent four years at Commit Partnership in Dallas, Texas, where she held progressively senior analytics roles in the K-12, nonprofit, and civic sectors, bringing equity-focused data and strategy to bear on systemic challenges. In addition to her full-time roles, Azzy has provided fractional consulting support to social impact organizations across Texas, helping them strengthen project management and strategy execution.

Azzy holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. She currently lives in Oakland, California, where she's active in her church and community. When not helping her clients realize their social impact visions, you can find Azzy walking around Lake Merritt with friends, hunting down her next favorite vegan restaurant in the Bay, or curled up with a warm drink and a cozy murder mystery series.
